Pricing is based on the following:
- Purchaser is responsible for all butchering fees. This is typically around $.70c / lb. hanging weight.
- At this time, it is expected that we will sell the beef for $3.50-$3.75 / lb. hanging weight. This will vary based upon the market at time of sale.
- All beef is grass fed with no meds of any kind, other than worming etc.
- Black Angus / Angus-Simmental Crosses.
- Depending on demand and how things move forward down the road, we might be offering Pork as well. Currently we are raising for our personal use.
